1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Radiant Grove Clay School (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site and at least 16 to enroll without a parent or guardian. Some classes may have additional age or skill requirements specified in the course description.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices and schedules may change. Taxes or lab fees, when applicable, are disclosed during checkout.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, we will offer studio credit where feasible. Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or damage to studio property may result in removal without refund.

7. Health and Safety

Follow instructor guidance, signage, and safety instructions. Use personal protective equipment as directed. Report hazards immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

Course materials, text, and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of your own artwork.

9. User Content

You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes or specific results. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Grove Clay School from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
