Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience?
No. Many courses are beginner-friendly and start with centering, pinch, and coil fundamentals.
Are materials included?
Most classes include clay, studio tools, and bisque firing. Glaze materials may require a small lab fee noted in the course description.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dusty and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back. Aprons are available in the studio.
How do firings work?
We schedule regular bisque and glaze firings. Your instructor will label and track your pieces through the process and notify you when ready for pickup.
Can I make food-safe ware?
Yes. We teach safe glaze application and firing schedules. Only glazes designated food-safe should be used on surfaces that contact food.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit when possible.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes. The studio has ramp access, adjustable wheel stations, and reserved seating. Contact us with specific needs.
Do you offer online classes?
We host live online workshops with multi-camera demonstrations and downloadable handouts.
